Cancellation Policy
Your Drive Uganda puts customer service first before anything. We are here to work with every customer on an individual level to ensure that you get the best and thrilling experience on a safari with our 4×4 cars. Refund amounts and figures are based on third party reservations and cancelation policies. Below is the company cancellation policy that is acceptable and given to all our clients:
Cancellation Period Refund Policy
Less than one week or Failure to show up Non-Refundable
7-30 Days Prior to start date 10% of total amount paid maybe refunded
31-60 Days Prior to start date 40% of total amount paid maybe refunded
61- 90 Days prior to start date 60% of total amount paid maybe refunded
91 Days and above prior to start date 80% of total amount paid maybe refunded
Note:
- All cancellations made within 24 hours of booking a car are 100% refundable
- All cancellations must be made directly with Your Drive Uganda through our official email (info@yourdriveuganda.com) by the exact customer who booked the vehicle or trip and a reason for cancellation must be stated.
- No cancellations shall be refunded by cash method. Our standard transfer methods are PayPal and bank transfer. The customer is liable for any bank surcharges that may arise from the refund transfers.
- The cancellation refund period is between 15 t0 30 business days
- This cancellation Policy does not apply to gorilla or chimpanzee permits money
- Change or extension of car rental period to a future date attracts a charge of 10%-20% of the total amount paid
